My name is Nathan Turnbow. I studied Mechanical Engineering at UNC Charlotte and received a master’s in business administration from LSU Shreveport. I volunteer as the children’s ministry director at Abundant Life Church in Matthews on the weekends as well as dabble in 3D printing and CNC machining in my free time.

My name is Juan Espina. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a concentration in Structural Engineering. I have been working in the construction industry for over 10 years with a specialization in residential design for the past 8 years. Outside of work I enjoy playing video games with friends, golfing, and spending time with my wife, child, and 2 huskies.

Structural Engineer

My name is Matthew Benfield and I received a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a focus in Structural Engineering. I am a Professional Engineer and a Licensed General Contractor with 16 years of residential home building experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and child while also being active in the outdoors through activities such as hiking, fishing, hunting, swimming, boating, and playing with my Labrador retriever.
